- whole kernel corn, with only one can drained
- 8 oz
- cream cheese
- 1 tsp
- jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- dash of cumin and chili powder
1Heat corn and juice from one can in saucepan over medium heat.
2Add cream cheese, jalapenos, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder and cook until cream cheese is completely melted.
3For the more sensitive mouths, you can use red or green bell pepper instead of jalapenos.
