Ingredients

1 small cauliflower, or frozen florets to equal
1 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp sour cream
Pinched by Bobdoescooking, and 44 more.
Well Seasoned

Honestly ... you will think you're eating mashed potatoes!

 

Directions

Wash cauliflower and break into florets

Microwave with a few tablespoons of water until soft
3
Whiz florets with butter and sour cream in a small food mixer until completely creamy and no lumps remain

Serve immediately

OMG this sounds amazing and so healthy for you! Will be trying it but will not tell my family. Can't wait to see how they react! Thank so much and I agree this would go great with the pork tenderloin! Saving and will be making. I will keep you posted. Thank you!!!!!!!

I think I would LOVE this! Not sure about my family, since they love to smother their mashed potatoes in gravy LOL. But the recipe looks like it'll be delicious! Thanks for sharing it :)
