Susan's Story

Honestly ... you will think you're eating mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

1
small cauliflower, or frozen florets to equal
1 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash cauliflower and break into florets

Microwave with a few tablespoons of water until soft
3
Whiz florets with butter and sour cream in a small food mixer until completely creamy and no lumps remain
4
Serve immediately

I think I would LOVE this! Not sure about my family, since they love to smother their mashed potatoes in gravy LOL. But the recipe looks like it'll be delicious! Thanks for sharing it :)
