Ingredients For marinated vegetables

1 cgreen onions, chopped

3/4 cwhite vinegar

1/2 ccanola oil

1 tspblack pepper

1 ccelery, chopped fine

1 jarpimento peppers, drained

1 canshoepeg corn, drained

1 canenglish peas, drained

1 canfrench style beans, drained
How To Make marinated vegetables

1Combine the sugar, vinegar, canola oil, black pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil and let cool.

2Mix english peas, beans, and corn. Add remaining ingredients.

3Pour oil mixture over all vegetables. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled or room temperature.
