butter

flour
2 Tbsp
chopped onions
1/2 c
evaporated milk
1/2 c
spinach juice
1/2 tsp
black pepper
3/4 tsp
celery salt
3/4 tsp
garlic salt
PINCH
salt
6 oz
jalapeno cheese roll
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
red pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

COOK SPINACH - DRAIN AND SAVE LIQUOR.
MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT AND STIR IN FLOUR UNTIL BLENDED AND SMOOTH. ADD LIQUOR SLOWLY - AVOID LUMPS. COOK UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK.
ADD SEASONING AND CHIUNKS OF CHEESE.
STIR UNTIL MELTED.
COMBINE COOKED SPINACH.
