Ingredients For macaroni mousse

2 cmacaroni, elbow, cooked

2 cmilk
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1/2 smonion, diced
-
1 jarmushrooms, sliced, drained

2 Tbspparsley flakes
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1/2 lbvelveeta, cut into chunks

2 cpanko bread crumbs, toasted

3 x lgegg whites, beaten stiff

3 x lgegg yolks, beaten
How To Make macaroni mousse

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a medium saucepan, heat milk, onion, mushrooms, parsley, salt & pepper. Take off heat; add cheese; stir to melt. Add panko; stir to combine.

3In a large bowl, add macaroni & pour mixture over. Add egg yolk; mix well to blend. Cool slightly. Fold in egg whites.

4Pour mixtue into a greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Let cool 6 minutes before serving. Run a knife along sides to loosen.
