- cream style corn
- 6 oz
- package of mexican or jaleopena corn bread mix
- 1 stick
- 3/4 c
- splenda or sugar
1stir together corn, eggs, mix , and sweetner.
2Pour into 2 quart casserole
3chip up butter and sprinkle over top. (YOU MUST USE THE WHOLE STICK)
4Place in 350 degree oven and bake 30 min or until set.
