Ingredients

3 lb
carrots, boiled and well drained
3 c
sugar
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1 Tbsp
vanilla
3/4 c
flour
1 1/2 stick
butter, melted
6
eggs
powdered sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
