1In a skillet over medium heat melt butter and add about 1/2 the jar of bacon bits and a dash of garlic salt. Let simmer for a couple minutes then add spinach and stir well. Cover and cook on med low until spinach is tender, about 20- 25 minutes, stirring often. Remove lid for last few minutes. Add more bacon and garlic salt during cooking to taste..
2This goes great with Spaghetti or Lasagna and creamed corn!
