12 lb. sliced squash 1 cup mayo 1 small chopped onion 1 cup parmesan cheese 2 eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs ( 2 pcs.), 1 tblsp melted butter
How To Make karyn's squash casserole

1cook squash til tender. mix with everything except bread and melted butter and pour in greased pan. mix 1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs ( 2 pcs. of bread) with 2 Tbl of butter and spread over the top.
