Kale Chips

When I was serving on jury duty this past year, this nice man gave me this recipe. I tried it and I am addicted to them. Enjoy!

desired amount of kale
olive oil , use judgement
garlic powder to taste
sea salt to taste
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)


1Wash, clean and remove stems. Tear into bite size pieces and drain well.
2Place kale on large baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder and cayennne pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
3Bake at 400 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until desired crispness. Note: it will look chared but will not taste burnt and will taste delicious!
