just another version of broccoli casserole

I've made this for years, it was my sister-in-law's recipe, she was a wonderful cook!!! When I take it to family gatherings, or pot luck dinners, I have to give the recipe numerous times.

Ingredients For just another version of broccoli casserole

  • 2 box
    chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz
    mayonaise
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1-2 c
    crumbled cheese it crackers
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How To Make just another version of broccoli casserole

    Cook broccoli according to pkg directions
  • 2
    Pre-Heat over to 350 Spray casserole dish with spray butter, or coat inside with butter
  • 3
    In large bowl, wisk the 2 eggs add all ingredients except cheese it crumbs
  • 4
    Add cooked broccoli to casserole dish
  • 5
    Pour combined ingredients over broccoli
  • 6
    With a spoon stir cheese mixture into broccoli, I just slightly stir it enough so that the cheese mixture is well blended.

    Top with cheese it crumbs

    Bake for 35-45 min or until crackers are golden brown
