Ingredients

2 1/2 c
coarsely crushed cornflakes
1/2 c
butter, melted
4 1/2 c
cabbage, shredded
1/2 c
chopped onion
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 can(s)
10.75 oz condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 c
milk, whole
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Toss cornflakes in butter, sprinkle half into a 13x9x2 in baking dish. Layer the cabbage, onion, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

In a bowl, combine soup, milk, and mayonnaise until smooth. Spoon over cabbage mixture. Sprinkle cheese and remaining cornflakes mixture on top. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven at 350 degrees F 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
