Ingredients For japanese zucchini and onions

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 mdonion, thinly sliced

2 mdzucchinis, cut into thin strips

2 Tbspteriyaki sauce
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce (i use lite/light.)

1 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
-
ground black pepper
- VARIATIONS

use sesame oil, instead of vegetable oil--don't burn

add garlic

delete teriyaki, keep soy, add a dollop of butter and a squeeze of lemon at the end
How To Make japanese zucchini and onions

1Warm oil, in a large skillet, over medium heat. Stir in onions, and cook 5 minutes.

2Add zucchini, and cook, stirring about 1 minute.

3Stir in sauces and sesame seeds.

4Cook, until zucchini is tender, about 5 minutes.

5Stir in ground pepper, and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
