4 cv8 vegetabe juice ( regular or low sodium )

1 tspdried basil leaves ( crushed )

1/4 tspgarlic powder

2 cfrozen mixed vegetables
How To Make italian style rice and vegetables

1heat the oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat, add the rice and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. - Stir in the V8 , Basil, and garlic powder, bring to a boil, - Then reduce heat to LOW - Cover and cook for 15 Minutes - Stir in the vegetables - Cover and cook for 10 minutes OR untill the Rice and the Vegetables are Tender.
