Ingredients For italian-style broccoli

1 lbbroccoli florets

1 Tbspolive oil

1clove garlic, minced

1 smdried hot red pepper, crumbled

2 Tbspdry white wine
How To Make italian-style broccoli

1Steam broccoli 10 minutes, or until tender and still bright green.

2Refresh under cold water.

3Heat olive oil over medium heat and saute garlic and red pepper 2 minutes.

4Add broccoli and wine and saute, stirring, another 3 to 5 minutes.
