Hotel Gurney Macaroni Salad

Hotel Gurney was a hotel in Yankton, SD owned by the family that started Gurney Seeds. Gurney Seeds is still a mail order seed company but Hotel Gurney hasn't been around for many, MANY years. I found this recipe in a very old cookbook and have added my own twist to it. It is an amazing change from boring old macaroni salad. Sometimes, I like to add black olives and corn just for a different flair. Add your favorite veggies in addition to what's in the recipe. It's hard to mess this recipe up!
(I cook up a lot of macaroni at one time, and then save it in a baggie in the fridge. That way I can throw this together quickly or use the pasta for a quick goulash.)
