Fried pickles are a prefect appetizer for a game night or for a party. With a bit of a crunch & a bit of a tang from the pickle, these beer battered sensations are a true crowd pleaser. Inspired by the great Hooters recipe, this copycat recipe is a must.

Ingredients For hooter's fried pickles

  • 1 - 11 oz. jar
    hamburger dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    beer
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 2 dash
    tabasco hot sauce

How To Make hooter's fried pickles

    Combine flour, beer, paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic salt & Tabasco.

    Dip the pickle slices into the batter & quickly fry in grease until the pickles float to top, about 4 minutes.
