I created this recipe using ingredients on hand, & thought HONEY would make a sweet addition to the Cole Slaw instead of the usual sugar that I usually use. I thought blending the Mayonnaise with the Sour Cream would also be a great idea. I made this to go with Irish Sausage Sweet Peppers & onions, Recipe already posted here, since I didn't have lettuce, I thought Slaw would add a crisp & crunchy addition to our dinner. I shredded this by hand, but sometimes I buy it pre shredded to save time. This slaw was fresh, crunchy & tasted amazing. Great idea for a slaw recipe in a pinch.
