Ingredients

3 1/2 c
fresh baby carrots
2 Tbsp
butter
3 Tbsp
honey
1 tsp
parsley flakes
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until tender.

Drain. Add butter, honey, salt and pepper and parsley. Stir to coat with honey and parsley.
