Honey Glazed Carrots

- fresh baby carrots
- 2 Tbsp
- 3 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- parsley flakes
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1Place carrots in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until tender.
2Drain. Add butter, honey, salt and pepper and parsley. Stir to coat with honey and parsley.
