Ingredients

green plantains,peeled
1 c
vegetable or canola oil
3
garlic cloves, smashed
2
limes, squeezed
2 Tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Start by peeling the Plantains and thinly cutting either by hand or with a mandolin.
2heat the oil at med/high
3meanwhile combine smashed garlic, lime and olive oil, salt and pepper.
4Fry the Plantain chips until golden brown , few minutes each side...drain on a paper towel..drizzle with the garlic mixture and enjoy warm.
