Ingredients For holiday christmas casserole

  • 1
    3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2
    10 oz pkgs frozen, chopped spinach, squeezed dry.
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make holiday christmas casserole

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

    In lg bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper. mix well. Add spinach and mix well.

    Spoon mix into casserole dish. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese, then pecans. Bake 30-35 min, or until top is golden.
