mayonnaise

How To Make hg creamy cheesy bacon zucchini

In a medium bowl, mix cheese, mayo, dijon, garlic powder; blend together. Refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to marry.

Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Chop into pieces/bits.

Bring grill pan sparyed with nonstick cooking spray to medium high heat. Grill zucchini 1/2's until charred on the outside & soft on the inside, 5 minutes per side.

Plate zucchini & evenly spead with cheese mixture, sprinkle with bacon pieces & enjoy!!!
