Ingredients For healthy garden salad

  • 2 c
    whole hweat rotini pasta
  • 1/3 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c
    light plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c
    diced red bell pepperr
  • 1 c
    grated carrots
  • 1/2 c
    scallions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped, pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/3 c
    chopped fresh bassil

How To Make healthy garden salad

  • 1
    Cook pasta as directed, cool. In bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Add pasta, toss gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
