shredded gruyere cheese
fresh chives, chopped
In microwaveable bowl, microwave cauliflower in 1/4 cup water about 4 mins. Drain well. In small bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp milk w/ flour until smooth.
Heat remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, not boiling. Stir in flour mix. Cook, while whisking until sauce thickens.
Remove pan from heat. Stir in cheese, chives salt and pepper. Place cauliflower in a serving dish and pour sauce over all.
