GRILLED SWEET CORN ... RECIPE ...Ole!
Nancy J. Patrykus
In fact the grower picks only the first ear on every plant, because it is the sweetest corn on the stalk! Who knew? I didn't.
It is not available for very long.
Here is a great recipe from our Fred Meyer store in Spokane, WA.
I do hope this corn is available in your state. I wait for it every year. I buy 3 dozen, and end up cooking and freezing the sweet kernels.
Tastes great come winter!
Psst! any corn will do.
