- fresh corn in husks
- salted butter or margarine
- sprigs fresh herbs or dryed -rosemary,thyme,oregano,marjoram,mint,cilantoro,
1I do 1 to 2 ears per person ,Put corn in large kettle or a wash tub with husks and silks on corn ,Cover corn
with water add about 1 tbsp of salt to one gallon of water.Soak the corn in the salted water about 3o minutes.
2Remove corn from water and open husks carefully remove silks.Brush corn with butter and spinkle it with several springs of herbs, rewrap husks carefully around corn.Then i wrap my corn in foil.need to add about 5 more minutes to coking time with the foil on it.
3Cook in a covered grill over medium hot coals for about 15 minutes ,Turning it once or twiced.And you can cook the foil wraped corn in the oven too.450 for 30 minutes.
