Ingredients

1 lb
thick or extra thick cut bacon
2-4
fresh avacados
1
fresh lime
bottle sriracha chili sauce
tortilla chips

Step-By-Step

1Open bacon package and cut in thirds lengthways.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with tin foil and spread out bacon in single layer.
Bake @ 375 for about 15 min's.
2Prepare grill for med, direct heat cooking.
Cut avocados in half lengthways and remove pit.
Brush with sriracha.
3Clean and oil cooking grate.
Place avocado flesh side down over coals at lowest setting for 5 mins.
4Turn and finish grilling till flesh is soft,
it will separate from the outer skin
5Remove from grill, stab with bacon and squeeze
fresh lime over tops.
Serve hot, with chips
