Ingredients For grilled corn w/ cheesy spicy lime butter sauce

4 earscorn on the cob, husks & silk removed

1/3 cmayonnaise, fat-free

2 stickbutter, melted

4scallions, chopped
-
1 1/2 Tbsplime juice

1 tspcayenne pepper
-
1/8 cparmesan cheese
-
8 ozcheddar cheese, shredded

salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make grilled corn w/ cheesy spicy lime butter sauce

1Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill corn 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Cool completely.

2Over a bundt pan, place pointy (top end) of corn in bundt hole & cut kernels from corn.

3Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir in corn. Serve cold & enjoy!
