Directions
Saute onion an celery in a small amount of oil until tender.Stir in mushroom soupMix the peas and water chestnuts together in a casserole dish.Top with the mushroom soup mixture.Toss the cracker crumbs with butter and sprinkle over the mixture.Bake 20 minutes at 350
