Green Beans and Almonds

Ingredients

1 lb
fresh green beans
1 Tbsp
canola oil
1-2 dash(es)
soy sauce
2 clove
minced garlic
1/4 c
sliced almonds

Directions Step-By-Step

Trim ends from the green beans. Rinse and then dry them off.

Preheat wok to medium high heat and add canola oil. Swirl oil around pan, carefully add green beans.
Stir fry beans until crisp and bright green.

Add garlic and onions, stir fry 30 seconds - 1 minute. Splash in the soy sauce and stir to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
