1Peel and dice up potatoes
2saute onions on med and add potatoes
3add milk slowly
4cut butter chunks. add into pot
5Cook on high til it bubble and boils, Stir constantly or it sticks.
6When it boils turn down heat to med. CONTINUE STIRRING.
7Cook until the mixture thickens
