apple cider vinegar
Fry up the bacon. (which you have already cut into iddy biddy peices.
When the bacon is halfway cooked add the diced onions and cook until transluscent.
Drain green beans, add to bacon and onion. sautee about two minutes.
Add apple cider vinegar and brown sugar and stir consistently until all dissolved and mixed through.
Let simmer for about 15 minutes, then serve. (add more vinegar or brown sugar to taste)
