- bag of baby carrots (large)
- 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar (or desired amount to taste)
1cook (boil) carrots in water until done. Drain completely and dab with paper towel to remove all water.
2Melt butter in skillet. Add brown sugar to taste. Stir and combine in skillet.
3Add carrots to skillet mixture. Stir. Cook on low heat until carrots are covered.
