Frist in a large saucepan cook the carrots in boilling water on medium heat for about 4 to 6 mins or until crisp & tender. Then heat the dressing, sugar & butter in a small saucepan on low 3 to 5 mins or until thickened. Make sure to stir occasionallly.
Next drain the carrots, return to the pan & add in the sauce. Cook for about 2 to 3 mins or utnil the carrots are heated & evenly coated with the sauce.
Place in a small dish or serving platter & sprinkle with the parsley.
