Fried Squash Paddies

- 2 c
- fine chopped squash
- 1 c
- fine chopped onion
- 1 c
- self rising flour
- egg beaten
- 2 Tbsp
- corn starch ( i add this to make it stay crispy longer)
- 1 Tbsp
- baking powder (i added this to make it lighter)
- 1 1/2 tsp
- 1 tsp
- tony's cajun seasoning ( i add this for spice)
- oil about 1/2 inch in bottom of skillet
1DO NOT MIX UP AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL GET TO SOUPY, AND NO THERE IS NO MORE LIQUIDS TO ADD.
2Chop the squash and onions.
3add rest of ingredients except oil, mix until well mixed.
4drop into hot oil by the teaspoon full about 3 min on each side. drain on paper towel.
