I saw is recipe on facebook and tried it,it was great.I added a few ingredents to spice it up some.

Ingredients For fried squash paddies

2 cfine chopped squash
-
1 cfine chopped onion
-
1 cself rising flour
-
1egg beaten
-
2 Tbspcorn starch ( i add this to make it stay crispy longer)

1 Tbspbaking powder (i added this to make it lighter)

1 1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tsptony's cajun seasoning ( i add this for spice)

oil about 1/2 inch in bottom of skillet
How To Make fried squash paddies

1DO NOT MIX UP AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL GET TO SOUPY, AND NO THERE IS NO MORE LIQUIDS TO ADD.

2Chop the squash and onions.

3add rest of ingredients except oil, mix until well mixed.

4drop into hot oil by the teaspoon full about 3 min on each side. drain on paper towel.
