Fried Mustard Greens

- mustard greens
- 1/2 c
- corn oil
- 1 bunch
- green onions, chopped
- salt to taste
1Pick fresh, tender mustard greens. Wash until you are sure they are clean. Cut greens.
2In a Dutch oven, heat corn oil and add green onions and salt.
3Put cut up greens in hot oil. Fry down until tender.
Note: Great with Mexican corn bread.
