Wash two green tomatoes. Slice them about a inch. thick. Season then with salt, pepper and any all purpose seasoning. Pour a cup of milk in mixing bowel. Dip the tomatoes in milk,then about a cup of flour, then milk again and flour. Add one cup of crisco oil to skillet. Test to see if grease is hot enough by sprinkling a pinch of flour into skillet. Drop tomatoes in hot grease. Cook about a min on each side or until golden. Remove from grease drain excess grease off and lay on plate layered with paper towel.
