bell pepper, chopped (red or green)
whole kern corn, drained
In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Set aside.
Add onion and bell pepper to bacon grease and saute until tender.
Add drained cans of corn, salt, and pepper.
Crumble bacon and add to corn. Mix well over medium heat. Cover skillet and simmer 5 minutes until hot. Serve hot.
