Ingredients

1 small
onion,chopped
1 Tbsp
butter, softened
1/2-(8oz)
velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 can(s)
(103/4oz) cream of mushroom soup
8 c
mixed vegetables, frozen, thawed and drained

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook and stir onions in butter in a large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.
Add cheese and soup;cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Stir in remaining veggies; cook 10 mins. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
