Ingredients

2 c
mushrooms
1 tsp
all purpose flour
1 Tbsp
butter
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Wash mushrooms.
Slice through cap and stem.
Sprinkle with flour
Melt butter in medium skillet.

2Add mushrooms; cover and cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes, or till tender, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper
