Fresh Baked Tomato Appetizers

- ripe fresh tomatoes
- 1/4 c
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp
- oregano (or basil)
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 3 Tbsp
- extra virgin olive oil
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2Cut each tomato horizontally in thick slices (2 or three per tomato).
Sprinkle parmesan cheese, oregano (or basil), sea salt and ground black pepper over each tomato.
Drizzle each with EVOO.
Bake on foil lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
