This keeps very well so you can keep adding veg. as you eat them. Also feel free to try any different or favorite veg. of your choosing. I eliminate tomatoes because I don't like them soggy. I have fixed this for years and it is especially good in the summer when you have access to fresh veg. Enjoy

Ingredients

1 c
vinegar
1/4 c
veg. oil
2 c
water
1/4 c
sugar
onion slices
cucumber slices
green, red or yellow pepper sliced or cut into squares
tomato wedges

Step-By-Step

1Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.

2Cool down to hotter than lukewarm

3Pour over veg. of your choice.

4Cover and store in refrigerator
