fresh, chopped cilantro (or parsley)

cumin
1 tsp
fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp
salt

freshly chopped cilantro or parsley to garnish

DILL BUTTER WITH GARLIC AND BACON

1 c
butter
1/4 c
fresh dill weed
1 clove
minced garlic
1/4 tsp
salt
2 tsp
finely crumbled bacon to garnish

ITALIAN GARLIC AND HERB BUTTER

1/2 c
butter
2 clove
garlic, finely minced
1 1/2 tsp
parsley, fresh or dried
1 1/2 tsp
chives, fresh or dried (additional for garnish)
2 tsp
basil or oregano, your choice
1/4 tsp
salt
fresh basil ribbons or chopped chives to garnish
