3IN A SKILLET BROWN GROUND BEEF, SEASONED WITH COMPLETE SEASON. DRAIN OFF EXCESS OIL (SET ASIDE)
4WHEN BEANS AND HOCKS ARE DONE ADD GROUND BEEF ,SAUSAGE ,CHILI POWDER & DICED TOMATOES ,
ADD MORE CHILI POWER TO THICKEN AND SUGAR LET SIMMER FOR 20 MIN.
