Fancy Frenched Green Beans

A nice flavorful touch to dress up your green beans!

NOTE: If you happen to have one, a Green Bean Frencher may be used, but it's not necessary...I don't have one, myself!

Ingredients

1 lb
green beans, ends trimmed
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1 tsp
sherry vinegar
3/4 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut green beans in half. If you have a Frencher, use that to prepare the beans as opposed to slicing them.

Cook beans in a pot of salted boiling water until tender, approximately 5 minutes.

Transfer beans to a large bowl and toss with salt, pepper, sherry vinegar and olive oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
