Easy Italian Zucchini Bake

This is very easy and very yummy! A great use for an abundance of summer zucchini and squash. This is great served alone as a vegetable or served over pasta for a complete meal.

Ingredients

4 c
zucchini or squash, peeled and sliced
1 jar(s)
spaghetti sauce
2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 375* degrees. Grease casserole dish. Put peeled and sliced zucchini or squash in casserole dish, top with spaghetti sauce, top with shredded mozzarella. Bake covered for about 45 minutes, uncover and bake 15 min until browned.
