DirectionsIn a large soup pot of dutch oven, add the bacon and cook over medium heat just until the fat begins to render, about 4 minutes.Add baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, syrup and tabasco sauce to taste; cover and bring to a simmer over medium heat.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hr. Stir occasionally to keep beans from sticking or scortching.
