This tasty recipe came from one of those 5 ingredient cookbooks. Its so easy that I almost didn't even try it. You know, it sounds too easy to be true.

But is does make a good side dish and everyone seems to like it very much. When people ask for the recipe its almost embarassing that its so simple.

Ingredients

2 pkg
(12 ounces each) frozen corn
1/4 c
red bell pepper chopped
1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 c
sour cream
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer ingredients in order given in a 9 by 13 inch baking pan. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Sprinkle with a bit more cheese, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, if desired.
