Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
fresh asparagus
3 Tbsp
butter
1/3 c
water
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
2 tsp
soy sauce

Step-By-Step

1Snip off woody base of asparagus. Slice diagonally into bite size pieces. Melt butter in skillet . Add water, seasoned salt and soy sauce. When mixture boils, add asparagus; toss lightly. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Makes 6-8 servings.
