This a great summer *salad can be made fresh from your very own garden, it is quick and easy to make, very tasty with choices that suit your own personal taste.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
cottage cheese (regular, low-fat, fat free large or small curd ... your choice)

thin cucumber or 2 cucumber pickles peeled , halved and cut thin
1 - 2
green onions chopped partially up stem
1 - 2
pinches dill (optional)
salt/pepper to taste
garnish: w/ cherry tomatoes, cherry peppers, fresh green pepper strips, raddishes or whatever suits your fancy

Step-By-Step

1In serving bowl add all ingredients starting with the cottage cheese first , mix/toss well .. top with garnishes of your choice. Enjoy !
